Did You Know?
Did you know that the traditional baby carriage has been in existence since the 1700’s? It was invented in 1733 by English architect William Kent for the 3rd Duke of Devonshire's children. Then in 1889, an American, William H. Richardson, patented an improvement on it. It was the only style of baby vehicle on the market until 1965, when a British aeronautical engineer named Owen Maclaren created the modern baby stroller.
